Information on the processing of personal data
Pursuant to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Digital Rights, we wish to inform you of the following aspects of our processing of your personal data:

Purpose of processing: we wish to inform you that we will use the personal data you supply on this form to manage and respond to your consultation or request.
Personal data collected: the personal data we collect on this form are necessary to manage your consultation or request, and so you are obliged to supply them, otherwise we cannot assist you.
Legitimacy of processing: the legal basis legitimising the processing of your personal data is that this is necessary to enact the legal relationship which commences when this form is filled in, and therefore, to manage the consultations and requests you make.
Recipients of data:: the personal data you supply to us will not be sent to third parties unless this is necessary for the purposes of compliance with legal obligations. However, for certain aspects of management of information, we make use of services by third parties, which act as data processors, and with which we have signed the corresponding data processing contract pursuant to the provisions of Article 28.3 of the GDPR.
International data transfers: we wish to inform you that we do not carry out any international transfers of your data.
Data conservation time limits: the personal data you provide by filling in this form will be kept solely during management of your consultation or request, whereupon, after arrangements have been made, they will be erased, notwithstanding blockage over the period necessary for the purposes of compliance with legal obligations.
Rights of data subjects in relation to the processing of their data: you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, objection and portability of the data, in an written request to Aceros Inoxidables Olarra, S.A., calle Larrabarri, nº 1 – C.P. 48180 Loiu (Vizcaya), or by e-mail to protecciondatos@olarra.com, with a copy of their ID.
Complaint to control authority: you can submit a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, either electronically or at its physical address, calle Jorge Juan, nº 6, C.P. 28001 Madrid.
